Teaching Philosophy
Our Tutoring Methodology
Educational Tutoring and Consulting Center has its own vision of the organization, conduct, and control of the teaching and learning process. One of our main goals is to build students' confidence in their own abilities and allow them to learn free from classroom distractions.
During the first free lesson, we assess the student's strengths and weaknesses and plan the study program accordingly. Our patient and professional teaching style encourages students to take a very active role, asking questions without feeling self-conscious.
Periodic discussions with parents regarding students' academic progress will help to address any concerns that may arise.
Each Session is Structured in Three Parts
1
Homework Review
We check and go over the previous homework together, reinforcing concepts and addressing any difficulties from the last session.
2
New Topic Explanation
We introduce and explain the new topic with emphasis on clear definitions, core concepts, and underlying principles.
3
Practice & Reinforcement
Students practice on sample drills and problems of varying difficulty to reinforce the new material and build problem-solving speed.
Homework after every class — Worksheets are assigned to reinforce covered material. Students are expected to take homework seriously, as this significantly increases the rate of academic progress.

Manage Tests
Toggle tests on/off for students. Set optional date ranges to control access timing. Logic: Toggle ON with no dates = always open.
Toggle ON with dates = open only within that window (future start date is fine — students won't see it until then).
Toggle OFF = always hidden regardless of dates.

Set Access Dates —
Leave dates blank to allow access any time (controlled only by Active toggle).
Set both dates to restrict access to a specific period.
➕ Add New Test
How to add a new test:
1. Build your test files (shsat_ct3.html, JSON, images) and upload them to httpdocs/shsat-test/
2. Fill in this form to register the test in the dashboard
3. Toggle it ON when you're ready for students to access it
File must already be uploaded to httpdocs/shsat-test/
⚠️ Delete Test
Are you sure you want to delete ?
This only removes the test from the dashboard — it does not delete the actual HTML/JSON files from the server,
and it does not delete any student results already recorded for this test.
